- Set up Friday, April 3 from 2:30pm until 4:30pm6 remaining
- Balloons and Signs - Please arrive at 8am on Saturday, April 44 remaining
- Egg Distributors - place eggs on the lawn, make sure the eggs stay closed, replenish eggs and needed4 remaining
- Egg Checkers - on lawn during hunt making sure kids get right eggs before going inside4 remaining
- Egg Runners - clear the tables of recyclables and make sure that the Friendship Hosts have all they need to tell the Easter story. Take empty eggs to the egg sorters.4 remaining
- Egg Sorters - Sort the eggs after the Easter story has been told getting them ready for next year.3 remaining
- Welcome Helpers/Instruction Poem - Greet and welcome each family handing out the Instruction Poem to an adult with a brief explanation. Count the people who attend.4 remaining
- Community Room Hosts - Greet the families in the community room once they have gathered all of their eggs, and guide/take them to a Friendship Host4 remaining
- Friendship Hosts - Share the Easter story via the booklet. You will be trained on how to walk through the booklet with the children16 remaining
- Friendship Hosts - Spanish Speakers4 remaining
- Lead a carnival game/activity16 remaining
- Snacks - Serve popcorn and drinks. Point attendees to the Kona Ice truck from 11am to noon4 remaining
- Clean up - help clean up at noon5 remaining

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for our Easter Egg Hunt. We need a lot of people to set up, volunteer throughout the day, and clean up to make this community event a success. We have opportunities in all areas. Thank you for signing up!
Please plan to arrive at 9am the day of the Egg Hunt in room 108/109. Orientation will occur then.
